The role focuses on social media scheduling, audience engagement, content monitoring, and account health maintenance to enhance client brand presence and interaction.. Key Responsibilities:. Content Scheduling & Optimization. . Use Sprout/Sendible to schedule and publish approved content batches.. . Optimize posting times based on platform analytics for maximum reach and engagement.. . Double-check captions, links, and tags before publishing to ensure accuracy.. . Audience Engagement & Community Interaction. . Reply to comments and direct messages to foster community engagement.. . Like and comment on relevant posts from followers and niche accounts.. . Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback, especially on Google My Business (GMB).. . Content Monitoring & Account Health. . Check for flagged content or posting errors and take corrective action.. . Monitor account health, including verification issues, login problems, and security concerns.. . Assist the team in accessing client accounts and connecting them to scheduling tools.. . Growth & Community Building. . Research and engage with niche communities to increase followers and improve brand visibility.. . Identify and interact with potential brand advocates and influencers.. . Account Setup & Maintenance. . Set up and optimize social media profiles, ensuring updated bios, links, and branding elements.. . Connect client accounts to Sprout and Meta Business Suite for streamlined management.. . Performance Reporting & Coordination. . Share performance reports and proof of scheduled/posted content.. . Handle client requests for special posts, including holiday announcements and urgent updates.. . Coordinate with clients and internal teams for revisions and approvals as needed.. . . Experience with social media tools (Sprout, Sendible, Meta Business Suite).. . Strong knowledge of platform best practices (FB, IG, LinkedIn, GMB).. . Skilled in community management (comments, DMs, reviews).. . Basic understanding of analytics and content optimization.. . Attention to detail when reviewing captions, links, and tags.. . Good communication and coordination skills.. . Ability to troubleshoot account issues and connect client accounts.. . Proactive in engaging niche communities and identifying growth opportunities.. . Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple accounts.. . Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). . . High school diploma or equivalent.. . . System and Work Setup Requirements:. . A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.. . Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage. . Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution. . A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work. .
