We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Business Operations & Strategy team. This is an entry-to-mid level role with broad exposure to revenue operations, systems management, legal contract processes, and data analytics. You’ll work closely with the Director of Business Operations & Strategy and contribute directly to improving workflows across our business lines. This is a remote role, but candidate must be based in Americas time zones.. Requirements:. Background in operations, data analytics, finance or related business experience. Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and business productivity tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.). Working knowledge of SQL with bonus for basic programming knowledge (Python preferred). Strong interest or familiarity with AI tools, including but not limited to flagship LLM models, coding agents, and automation/workflow agents. Familiarity with key commercial terms of legal contracts. Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn. Strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry. Responsibilities:. You will wear many hats in this role, driving impact across the company. Manage and maintain Luxor’s CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, proper workflows, and connection to analytics/KPIs across multiple business lines. Support contract lifecycle management. Optimize efficiency of existing business lines and operational processes through automation and/or development of internal tools. Build KPI tracking/analytics using our internal databases and external data sources to drive insights for sales, marketing and strategy. Secondarily support other business operations functions, which may include legal, AML compliance, operational security, & managing Luxor’s fleet of self-mining ASICs.
