We’re looking for a versatile and creative . Designer. to join our team. In this role, you’ll create visually compelling assets across a range of digital formats—with a primary focus on email. While experience with email marketing is a plus, it’s not required—we’ll teach you the strategy. What we’re looking for is a design-forward thinker with a great eye, strong fundamentals, and the ability to bring a brand’s visual identity to life in a way that’s both beautiful and performance-minded.. What You’ll Do. . Design digital assets. , with a primary focus on email campaigns for leading e-commerce and DTC brands.. . Collaborate with strategists and copywriters. to bring marketing concepts to life through clean, modern design.. . Translate brand guidelines. into thoughtful and engaging visual systems.. . Iterate on design performance. with feedback and testing insights.. . Create responsive designs. that work beautifully across mobile and desktop.. . . Stay organized. , keeping Figma and Photoshop files tidy, up-to-date, and ready for development handoff.. . . . . What We’re Looking For. . 2+ years. of design experience, ideally working in digital, brand, or e-commerce.. . Proficiency in . Figma. and . Photoshop. (Adobe Creative Suite skills beyond that are a plus).. . Strong grasp of . typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. .. . A sharp, modern aesthetic with the ability to adapt across brand styles.. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.. . Highly organized with strong attention to detail.. .
