We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented . Junior Business Analyst.  to join our Client Services team. You will work closely with Client Services stakeholders and IT to support day-to-day operations, help document business processes, and assist in analyzing and improving system functionality..  . . This is a full-time, remote position.  Compensation for the position is an annual base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits. .  . .  . . Key Responsibilities:.  . . . Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests..  . . . . Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them..  . . . . Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst..  . . . . Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)..  . . . . Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals..  . . . . Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements..  . . . . Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts..  . . . . Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed..  . . . . Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned..  . . .  . . Skills & Qualifications:.  . . . Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail..  . . . . Clear written and verbal communication skills..  . . . . Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment..  . . . . Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart or similar)..  . . . . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..  . . . . Exposure to Salesforce, Sigma, or similar reporting tools is a plus..  . . . . Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously..  . . .  . . Education & Experience:.  . . . Bachelor’s degree required..  . . . . 1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role is preferred..  . . . . Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Azure DevOps, or Lucidchart is a plus..  . . .  . . Language Ability:.  .  . . . Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. .  . . .  . .
