A day in the life:. . As an Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Fashion space. A successful candidate will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. Through a deep understanding of the client’s business, the Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Account Director will lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. Additionally, this individual will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams. This is an exciting role for a seasoned digital marketer seeking an opportunity to lead innovative, growth-oriented marketing campaigns.. . Responsibilities:. . . Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. . Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. . Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews — diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with close attention to creative performance and cohort retention trends. . Maintain a working understanding of fashion business fundamentals, including pricing strategy, merchandising, and multi-channel distribution (DTC, wholesale, retail, marketplaces, etc). . Own the senior client relationship; QBRs should connect creative and campaign decisions back to business outcomes. . Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams — in fashion these functions depend on each other more than in most other verticals. . Consult on customer retention strategy: repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics. . Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow MRR. . Build multi-threaded relationships with multiple layers of client contacts so no single point of contact departure puts an account at risk. . Work in Iris and nova daily; surface problems before clients do. . Coach and give direct feedback to analysts and specialists. . Keep Pulse cadence at 100%. . . Role Requirements:. . . 6+ years in fashion or apparel marketing, agency or brand side. . Understands how creative strategy and media strategy interact — has an opinion on which comes first and why. . Fluent in the influencer and UGC ecosystem: knows how to brief, evaluate, and scale it without losing brand control. . Comfortable with DTC-first brands and understands the economics: CAC, LTV, repeat rate, margin by channel. . Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and the measurement challenges that come with them — incrementality testing, creative fatigue, audience saturation. . Has worked with brands that move seasonally and knows how to build a strategy that accounts for it. . Track record of retaining and growing accounts. . . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). . .
