The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) invites applications for a Reporting and Analytics Consultant position in the Population Health and Quality Improvement Analytics section. A successful applicant will engage in quality improvement and applied health services research in a project-based, team setting.. Provide expertise and support for quality improvement projects . Perform technical tasks and contribute to project leadership and administration . Complete work independently on highly complex tasks . Work on multiple projects at a time with significant project responsibilities . Typical responsibilities may include: . Leading highly complex research tasks or projects as a co-PI or PI, as needed . Independently determining the method(s) for completion of new projects . Developing new practices, processes, metrics or models, and providing solutions . Applying developed subject matter and methodological knowledge . Providing guidance to research project and project sponsor colleagues . Conveying difficult, complex or sensitive information . Facilitating productive dialogue among project stakeholders . Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required . A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study is required . Demonstrated usage of R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis is required . Requirements. Successful completion of a background check is required .
