Lead the development of proposals, draft initial RFP responses, and coordinate input from subject matter experts to ensure completeness and accuracy.. . Maintain proposal repositories and collect necessary cost, scheduling, and functional elements for specialty areas.. . Actively participate in client-facing fact-finding sessions and capture actionable insights for opportunity development.. . Support operations leads in new program implementation, developing project plans and monitoring milestones to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.. . Serve as liaison between clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless transition post-implementation.. . Identify performance improvement opportunities, support strategic planning, and implement process enhancements across engagements.. . . 5+ years of direct project management experience in a professional environment; PMP certification preferred.. . Deep knowledge of the life sciences industry and/or relevant specialty areas.. .
