We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to help clients unlock the full value of a leading technology learning platform. In this role, you will build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with senior technology leaders, influence adoption of best practices, and identify opportunities for expansion. Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal, ensuring long-term customer success and retention.. . Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders, proactively anticipating needs and mitigating risks throughout the customer lifecycle.. . Drive adoption of the customer engagement model, ensuring customers realize maximum value from the platform.. . Interpret data on product usage, customer health, and business outcomes to deliver strategic recommendations and corrective actions.. . Collaborate with sales and internal teams to secure renewals, drive expansion, and identify growth opportunities.. . Inspire organizational change within clients to encourage adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.. . . 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, sales, or professional services (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).. . Background supporting global enterprise customers, with exposure to both SaaS and on-premises solutions.. . Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders such as CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering.. . Familiarity with software development lifecycles and IT workflows, with the ability to discuss technical concepts clearly.. . Experience using tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce is preferred.. . Ability to travel up to 25–50% as needed.. . Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.. .
