We’re seeking a talented and insights-driven Creative Strategist to join a forward-thinking UK-based digital advertising agency. You’ll be at the heart of shaping engaging, performance-led campaigns that combine creative storytelling with data-backed strategy. Conduct customer research and social listening to uncover audience insights. . . Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign strategy. . . Develop key messaging frameworks and creative themes for advertising campaigns. . . Identify and implement trending creative formats (e.g. POV ads, "Us vs. Them", disruptive visuals). . . Write compelling ad copy aligned with strategic messaging. . . Translate analytics (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) into actionable creative decisions. . . Evaluate existing client content for optimisation opportunities. . . Collaborate closely with Ads Managers to align creative with performance data. . . Present clear reports on campaign outcomes (e.g. CTR, thumbstop rate, CPA) with strategic recommendations. . . Maintain well-organised briefs, naming conventions, and asset libraries. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role. . . Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital ad campaigns. . . Expertise in ad performance analysis and iterative creative development. . . Proficiency in social platform dashboards (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads). . . Exceptional communication and presentation skills. . . Must have access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop. . . Desired Attributes. .
