Overview.  . We are looking an experienced M&A Integration Program Manager to work within an IMO (Integration Management Office). This role will be responsible for managing integrations across several functional areas for an enterprise technology organization. This requires strategic planning, coordination, and facilitation overseeing the successful delivery of multiple program deliverables. This includes establishing and maintaining relevant systems, processes, resources and strategic decision making. This role will also provide documentation and executive level reporting to stakeholders. . This is a long term, remote consulting engagement. This role requires working PST or MST time zone hours daily. . . All qualified applicants must live in the United States and be authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfer. .  . Responsibilities.  .  . Develop program structure for M&A integration activities across several functions on behalf of the IMO. . Develop project plans for each workstream, along with weekly/monthly status reporting.. Daily, hands-on program management throughout the program life cycle for all workstreams.. Document program and project deliverables utilizing PMI, PMP methodology.. Plan and monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple workstreams.. Integrate business policies and governance processes into planning and accountability for project roadmaps and strategy.. Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements.. Build and manage budget, actuals and forecast for the merger integration program.. Schedule, facilitate and lead program and project workstream meetings. . Create and manage stakeholders’ communication at all levels of the organization.. Identify and report program KPIs to assess impact. . Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams.. Provide and perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables. . Align deliverables (outputs) to the program/project workstream’s “outcome” . Own overall integrated project plan and support cross-functional resources, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and achievement of business goal.. Consistently exercise informed judgment and discretion in matters of significance. . Candidates must have proven experience in program and/or project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects. Candidates must have the following:. Minimum of 7-10 years strong program management experience managing multiple workstreams.. Consulting experience with M&A integration activities across several functional areas is required and must include IT, product, engineering, operations, finance/acctg or human resources.. Experience with merger integrations is highly desired. . Proven knowledge of program management methodology and certification like PMP, Agile, or scrum.. Industry experience in enterprise technology companies or organizations highly desired. . Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence.. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures.. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence, strategize and negotiate.. Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives.. Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired.. Direct hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint. .  . Education/Certifications. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or similar 4 year degree is required. PMP certification is desired. MBA is preferred. Compensation. Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $130-150k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role..
