We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with deep expertise in healthcare compliance, specifically within Friendly PC and MSO structures, to support Blueprint and its associated Friendly PC entities. This role will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting corporate governance and administrative compliance functions, and helping design and manage a robust quality and compliance program within a telemedicine and concierge clinical practice.. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with clinics (including concierge care models), Telemedicine, understands the nuances of Friendly PC/MSO relationships, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup-oriented environment.. Key Responsibilities. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:. Serve as the primary compliance lead for Blueprint-supported Friendly PCs and related MSO activities. Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including CPOM-related requirements. Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting clinics, concierge care models, and employer-facing healthcare arrangements. Support compliance efforts across multiple healthcare entity types, telemedicine group, including clinics, concierge practices, and employer-related healthcare programs. Friendly PC & MSO Administration:. Help maintain Friendly PC structures in a compliant manner, including administrative and governance support. Partner with legal, operations, and leadership teams to ensure proper separation and alignment between clinical entities and MSO functions. Assist with documentation, policies, and processes required to support compliant Friendly PC operations. Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to Friendly PC and MSO compliance. Quality Program Development & Management:. Help establish, implement, and manage a quality and compliance program within a concierge clinical practice. Develop policies, procedures, and monitoring frameworks to support clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with clinical leadership to align quality initiatives with regulatory expectations and best practices. Track, report, and continuously improve quality and compliance metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration:. Work closely with clinic leadership, operations, legal, and executive teams. Provide compliance guidance in a practical, solutions-oriented manner that supports growth and innovation. Support training and education initiatives for staff and partners on compliance and quality topics. Qualifications & Experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare compliance role. Prior experience as a Compliance Officer or in a senior compliance role within healthcare. Direct experience with Friendly PC structures and Managed Service Organizations (MSOs). Experience working with clinics, including concierge care models, and Telemedicine. Exposure to compliance work involving other healthcare entities, including employer-related healthcare arrangements. Experience in regulated healthcare environments, including clinics and ideally hospitals. Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks at the federal and state level. Preferred Qualifications. Prior experience working in or with a healthcare startup or high-growth organization. Experience building or scaling compliance and quality programs from the ground up. Comfort operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments with evolving business models. Skills & Attributes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
