As Manager, FP&A, you will be responsible for leading core financial planning and analysis activities while supporting strategic growth. Key responsibilities include:. . Driving the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.. . Acting as the financial partner to two business units, supporting decision-making with clear insights.. . Preparing due diligence materials and investor presentations for capital-raising activities.. . Leading ownership of SaaS KPIs and metrics, producing accurate reports and actionable insights.. . Developing financial models for scenario planning, capital investments, and sales strategy.. . Analyzing sales performance and providing recommendations to optimize results.. . Presenting financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.. . Partnering with department heads to provide financial insights that drive business performance.. . Managing compliance with financial regulations and US GAAP standards.. . Overseeing US payroll activities and resolving invoice disputes.. . Driving continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).. . 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.. .
