Provide exceptional technical support to French-speaking clients using HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat.. . Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to health technology applications.. . Educate clients on product features and best practices to ensure optimal use of health technology solutions.. . Accurately document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.. .
