Conduct end-to-end data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.. . Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and data engineers to design and execute analytics projects in an Agile environment.. . Generate, visualize, and present internal data reports to business stakeholders, including senior leaders.. . Support data processing, data wrangling, and statistical analysis to drive operational and strategic decision-making.. . Develop and optimize data models and automate reporting processes where applicable.. . Independently identify problems, architect solutions, and carry out analysis with minimal supervision.. . . 3+ years of professional experience in analytics or data analysis.. . Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying, calculations, and visualization.. . Experience with statistical analysis, data wrangling, and generating actionable insights from large datasets.. . Ability to communicate analytical results clearly to stakeholders at all technical levels.. . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.. . Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and ETL processes is a plus.. . Familiarity with Python, cloud environments (AWS preferred), and healthcare data is desirable.. .
