We are currently looking for a motivated . Recruitment Specialist . to join our team. This role is all about finding great people and creating an excellent candidate experience. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process while working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment. If you’re passionate about connecting people with opportunities and have experience recruiting in Gaming, Tech, or Creative fields, we’d love to hear from you.. What you will do. . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.. . Source and headhunt candidates internationally through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, forums, and industry networks. . Screen CVs and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.. . Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.. . Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and supporting candidates throughout the process.. . Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear job descriptions.. . Keep recruitment processes organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.. . . At least 2 years of experience providing full-cycle recruitment services.. . Experience recruiting in Gaming, Tech, or Creative industries (strong interest in Gaming & Visual Arts is highly valued).. . Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . BA or Msc in Human Resource Management or related fields is a huge plus.. . Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and remote workforce.. . Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.. . Excellent interpersonal skills and a candidate-first mindset.. . Experience using ATS (Workable is a strong plus).. . Company Location: Greece.
