Philippines. We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, dispatch coordination, lead generation, and customer communication.. This role combines dispatch operations, sales support, and social media engagement, making it ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and driven to follow up and convert leads.. You will be working with an existing database of 500+ leads, with a strong focus on outbound calling, follow-ups, and conversion.. Core Responsibilities. Dispatch & Operations Support. Manage dispatch operations using Bambi software. Coordinate schedules and support daily operational tasks. Customer Communication. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Manage and organize email inbox (responding, prioritizing, follow-ups). Lead Generation & Sales Support (KEY FOCUS). Conduct outbound calls to leads from an existing database (500+ leads). Follow up consistently with potential clients. Nurture leads and support conversion efforts. Maintain strong communication to move leads through the pipeline. Social Media Management. Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Engage with audience (3–5 interactions per platform daily). Support brand presence and lead engagement through social channels. Key Focus Area. Strong emphasis on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and follow-up. Consistent outreach and engagement to maximize conversion opportunities. Experience Requirements. Experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound calling required. Dispatch or operations experience (Bambi or similar tools) preferred. Required Skills. Strong Communication Skills. Confident and clear phone communication. Professional written communication (email and messaging). Sales & Follow-Up Mindset. Comfortable making outbound calls. Proactive in following up with leads. Results-driven and focused on conversion. Multitasking & Organization. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities daily. Organized and detail-oriented. Social Media Skills. Experience posting and engaging on social platforms. Comfortable managing daily content and interactions. Tech & System Skills. Ability to learn and use dispatch tools (Bambi preferred). Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools. Deal Breakers. Weak or hesitant communication skills (especially on calls). No outbound calling or sales experience. Inability to learn dispatch tools quickly. Requires heavy supervision or constant guidance. Not comfortable multitasking across multiple responsibilities. Lack of initiative in lead follow-ups. Basic requirements. Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly. Must have relevant work experience. Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]. Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed).
