About the Role. Build a high-conversion website with programmatic SEO/AEO capabilities, generating thousands of location-specific landing pages that rank page 1 for targeted keywords.. Key Deliverables. Phase 1:. Core brand website (About, Team, Services) optimized for human engagement. Programmatic SEO/AEO engine generating 5000+ location-specific landing pages. Integration with existing Marketing Brain database for dynamic content. Top 3 ranking for long-tail local search terms. Phase 2:. Email outbound tools for client prospecting. Direct booking campaign systems for past guests. LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns. Essential Experience:. 3+ years full-stack web development. Built/maintained sites with 1000+ dynamically generated pages ranking page 1 for long-tail keywords. At least 1 large-scale programmatic SEO project (1000+ pages). Technical SEO: page speed, schema markup, URL management, sitemap generation at scale. SSR/SSG implementation experience. Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush. Headless/custom CMS experience. Third-party integrations: email marketing, form handlers, CRM systems. Knowledge:. SEO/AEO optimization strategies. Auto-generated vs. human content trade-offs. A/B testing methodologies. Duplicate content penalty avoidance. Work Environment:. Startup culture, small company environment. Daily 4-hour on-camera team meetings (8am-12pm CST).
