Operations Administrator (Construction / Maintenance Industry) - Work from home at Twoconnect. Join our client in the construction and maintenance industry as our new Operations Administrator! In this role, you’ll provide vital support across administration, job coordination, and compliance to keep projects and service operations running smoothly under the BMU division. From scheduling jobs and managing documentation to maintaining registers and supporting OH&S processes, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy within a fast-paced technical environment.. . Coordinate and schedule BMU service jobs with technicians, ensuring everything is prepared on time.. . Manage and file BMU service reports, defect registers, and compliance documents.. . Use Simpro (or similar systems) to open/close jobs, attach reports, and process purchase/work orders.. . Support OH&S and compliance by maintaining registers and assisting with audits.. . Prepare and format quotes, proposals, and other BMU-related client documents.. . Keep communication flowing between teams to ensure smooth BMU job delivery.. . . 5 years of experience in administration, coordination, or operations from the construction, maintenance, or services industry.. . Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple BMU jobs and deadlines.. . Proficiency in using Simpro or similar job management systems.. . Familiarity with Australian Standards, OH&S regulations, and WorkSafe/local government compliance requirements.. . Great communication skills – both written and verbal.. . Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting the team.. .
