As a Scrum Master, you will guide and support Agile software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. You will facilitate key ceremonies, ensure clear communication across stakeholders, and empower teams by removing obstacles that hinder progress. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and transparent work environment. By driving continuous improvement, you will help the organization achieve greater agility, innovation, and delivery effectiveness.. Accountabilities:. In this role, you will:. ·         Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.. ·         Actively listen to team needs and ensure clear, positive, and effective communication.. ·         Identify and remove impediments, or guide the team to resolve them by connecting with the right stakeholders.. ·         Improve transparency across the organization by ensuring clear reporting, communication, and information sharing.. ·         Create, update, and present performance metrics to management, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.. ·         Develop strategies to prevent recurring roadblocks and continuously improve delivery processes.. ·         Assist in internal and external communication to maintain strong alignment with deadlines, commitments, and quality standards.. The ideal candidate will bring:. ·         A college degree or equivalent practical experience through extensive on-the-job training.. ·         Experience with JIRA and Confluence.. ·         Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.. ·         Proven ability to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and support team productivity.. ·         Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and clarity.. ·         Knowledge of the Credit Union or Banking industry (a plus)..
