Lead a global team of program and project managers overseeing marketing shared services delivery.. . Ensure alignment between program managers and revenue marketing teams to manage priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.. . Oversee project setup, timelines, progress tracking, and documentation to meet service-level expectations.. . Establish governance frameworks, operational standards, and KPIs to drive consistent performance.. .
