Accountabilities. . Lead analysis and management of front-end perioperative supply chain operations to ensure efficient workflows and quality patient care.. . Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, administrators, and front-end managers to align operational goals with enterprise objectives.. . Partner with senior management in Operations, Finance, and IT to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.. . Monitor front-end scorecard metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.. . Assist with planning for expansion, relocation, and remodeling of medical facilities and practices.. . Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front-end operations.. . Represent assigned areas on enterprise-wide committees and projects.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.. . Minimum of 5 years of experience with Epic systems in outpatient and/or inpatient settings, including operational analysis, business reorganization, and process improvement.. .
