You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, implement, and maintain scalable software. You will contribute to the full project lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the architecture of critical backend systems. Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django framework.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery.. . Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices (OOP, SOLID).. . Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.. . Take ownership of the full project lifecycle from concept to production.. . Mentor and guide junior engineers to promote technical growth.. . Stay current with emerging trends and technologies to improve team capabilities.. . Contribute to building microservices architectures and managing relational and NoSQL databases.. . . 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and delivering large-scale applications into production.. . Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Django is a major plus.. . Hands-on experience in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP; GCP preferred).. . Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable backend systems.. . Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.. .
