We are currently looking for a Senior Employee Relations Consultant in United States.. This role provides a strategic opportunity to support leaders across the organization by resolving complex employee relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, physicians, and management teams, helping navigate employment policies, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution. This position emphasizes proactive solutions, collaboration, and compliance with employment laws. It offers exposure to high-impact organizational initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and opportunities to influence policy and cultural practices in a dynamic healthcare environment.. . Accountabilities. . Serve as a strategic consultant to executives, physician, and management teams on complex employee relations matters.. . Conduct investigations into workplace concerns, including policy violations, Title VII, ADA, leaves of absence, and accommodation requests.. . Develop and implement resolution strategies for conflicts and employee issues.. . Advise HR colleagues and organizational leaders on employee relations best practices and preventative measures.. . Interpret and apply employment policies and contracts to ensure compliance and consistency.. . Promote a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement through proactive consulting.. . Act as a subject matter expert in employee relations, providing coaching and guidance to colleagues.. . . Associate’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.. . Recognized human resources professional certification (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.. . Proven experience managing a wide range of employee issues and interpreting personnel policies.. . Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and leave accommodations.. . Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.. . Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with executive and physician leadership.. . Commitment to continuous professional growth and staying current on HR best practices.. .
