You will work closely with senior analysts, research teams, and technical stakeholders to design, back-test, and implement index methodologies. Support research and design of new financial indices across asset classes, focusing on cryptocurrencies, digital assets, tokenization, and DeFi.. . Clean, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets for index construction and evaluation.. . Build robust index methodologies, including back-testing and documentation for internal and external use.. . Develop internal tools and platforms to improve efficiency, automate repeatable processes, and enhance analytical capabilities.. . Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard vendor data and contribute to innovative index strategies.. . Prepare and present findings, presentations, and research materials for internal and client-facing purposes.. .
