As a Customer Success Engineer, you will act as the technical champion for customers while leveraging your software engineering expertise to tackle complex programming and DevOps challenges. You will guide clients through the adoption and integration of advanced security solutions, customize workflows to fit diverse environments, and troubleshoot critical technical issues. This role requires proactive engagement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, influence product improvements, and contribute to shaping secure software practices across organizations of all sizes. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic customer-facing responsibilities, offering an opportunity to make a real impact in the application security space.. . Accountabilities. ·         Design and implement efficient code and dependency scanning mechanisms using Maven, Gradle, and related tools.. ·         Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing expert guidance through pre-sales and post-sales stages.. ·         Customize security solutions to integrate with complex customer environments; develop bespoke solutions when required.. ·         Troubleshoot technical issues quickly, applying deep knowledge of programming and DevOps practices to ensure customer success.. ·         Build lasting relationships with clients ranging from startups to global enterprises.. ·         Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer feedback and insights into product improvements.. ·         Lead technical integration projects, providing strategic and technical guidance internally and externally.. Promote adoption of secure development practices, coaching developers to write secure and efficient code.. ·         4–10 years of experience in software engineering, with strong understanding of programming languages, application security, and DevOps practices.. ·         Proven experience in developing custom technical solutions and engaging in customer-facing roles.. ·         Passion for customer success and ability to build secure, scalable solutions from the ground up.. ·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.. ·         Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating customer needs and providing strategic solutions.. ·         Experience managing technical projects and collaborating across teams.. .
