Paid Media Operations. . . Manage paid social media ad budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs are hitting goals. . Proven experience conducting A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages across platforms (Facebook/Instagram). . Create and traffic ads daily using the Meta ad buying interface, with a strong attention to detail & ensuring client ads are without error. . Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance. . Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses that are both performance & creative development-driven. . Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Meta ad campaigns. . Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical and strategic action plans. . Familiarize yourself with client products & come up with promotional strategies on paid social. . Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests. . Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions. . Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a strong plus. . . . Administrative Support. . . Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones. . Draft and organize agendas for internal and client-facing meetings. . Prepare and send out reports, recaps, and follow-up documentation. . Track project progress and maintain internal systems. . Support day-to-day operations with a high level of autonomy. . . . Qualifications:. . 3–5 years of experience in Meta advertising and/or digital ad operations. . Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite. . Highly organized with strong attention to detail. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. .
