Accountabilities. . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic and enterprise customers to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.. . Serve as a trusted advisor for client executives, program managers, and technical teams, providing guidance and strategic insights.. . Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities, risks, and process improvements across accounts.. . Manage critical adoption programs and ensure successful onboarding of new solutions to maximize customer value.. . Support account teams in monitoring usage metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering robust account management support.. . . . 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Project Management, or relevant industry experience.. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.. . Strong domain knowledge in CAD, PLM, or ALM software and understanding of how solutions are implemented.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for executives and technical teams.. . Broad business understanding to translate technical and operational issues into actionable value propositions.. . Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment with effective organizational agility.. .
