Assisting the CFO in developing and implementing the company’s financial strategies to support business growth and long-term goals. . Overseing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). . Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align financial resources with company objectives. . Monitoring and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and market risks. . Acting as a liaison between the CFO and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. . Supporting M&A activities, fundraising, or other special projects as needed. . Acting as a change agent during organizational restructuring or process improvement efforts. . Stepping in as Acting CFO during the CFO’s absence, representing the company at the executive level. . . 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably with exposure to both operational and strategic financial management. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred). . Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. . Proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. . Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. . English С1+. . Will be an advantage:. .
