About the Role. Build and deploy high-accuracy (>90%) visual processing systems for housekeeping quality control and guest entry/exit management using open source YOLO and VLM models.. Key Deliverables. Set up and train image/video processing and vision classification systems. Implement analysis systems for real-world property management environments. Configure tandem YOLO and VLM models for production use. Essential Experience:. 3+ years building real-world visual classification systems with proven production results. 2-3 years Python development. 2-3 years computer vision in production environments. YOLO object detection, image classification, video/image processing. VLM experience and fine-tuning. Experience with messy real-world data. Proficiency with Cursor or similar AI dev environments. Work Environment:. Startup culture, small company environment. Daily 4-hour on-camera team meetings (8am-12pm CST). Minimum 40 hours/week; substantially more hours expected for velocity and quality.
