Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases. . Reporting confirmed suspicious activity to regulating entities. . Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies. . Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines. . Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution. . . Previous experience in customer support or FinCrime role, preferably within the financial services industry. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. . Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions. . Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. . Fluency in English, spoken and written. . . Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus. .
