What We Are Looking For:. We’re seeking a Brand Content Strategist, with a focus on clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you’ll help top banks understand what language resonates most with their customers—and use that data to craft high-performing digital marketing content. You’ll leverage a combination of A/B and multivariate testing, performance analysis, and creative insight to drive real business results.. Candidates based anywhere in the U.S. can apply, but they must be able to work CST or EST hours.. What You Will Work On:. . Develop brand-aligned, multi-channel marketing content using Persado’s Enterprise content generation platform. . Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across digital marketing campaigns, then analyze performance data to learn what resonates with different audiences. . Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients. . Collaborate with clients to align on testing strategies, campaign objectives, brand voice, and long-term content goals. . Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within deadline and aligned with business objectives. . Work alongside the rest of the Operations team, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to ensure customer KPIs are met. . What You Bring: . . 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or content marketing, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry. . Ability to embrace brand voice for a variety of customers. . A strong ability to work across disciplines—writing, strategy, analytics, and technology. . A data-driven mindset and curiosity for what drives customer engagement. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines. . Comfort working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and clients. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and G suite. . Experience with A/B or multivariate testing ideal. . Previous work at a creative agency a plus. . Experience with content management systems, HTML, graphic design and email platforms a plus. . Company Location: United States.
