Drive sales growth by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with financial advisors through proactive outbound and responsive inbound interactions.. . Partner with internal leadership to create and execute territory business plans that align with regional sales goals.. . Deliver consultative presentations and recommendations to support advisors’ product decisions.. . Utilize tools to create illustrations, proposals, and other client-facing materials that reinforce sales conversations.. . Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations through ongoing coursework and license management.. . Record sales activity, manage pipeline, and monitor territory results to optimize performance.. . Support corporate initiatives by staying informed on key organizational priorities and assisting with their implementation.. . . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.. . 3–5 years of relevant experience in insurance sales, wholesaling, or financial services.. . Current Series 6 and Series 63/66 licenses.. . Resident state insurance licenses (Variable Life & Life) or ability to obtain within 90 days if lapsed.. . Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial planning solutions.. . Effective presentation and consultative sales skills.. . Ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented, team-based environment.. .
