We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow paid media and social media efforts for a results-focused sole trader agency. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, technically proficient, and comfortable working autonomously. Your primary focus will be Google Ads and Meta Ads from campaign setup and daily optimisation through to client reporting alongside creating compelling social media content using Canva or similar tools. Work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, in line with a sole trader business model. Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to enhance productivity and quality of work outputs. 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel / Conversions API setup . Basic knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy. Confident using AI tools (Claude AI and/or Gemini) as part of your daily workflow to boost productivity and output quality.
