Skills we are looking for:. 3+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or technical recruiting; ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Proven track record of building pipelines and connecting with candidates in niche or specialized roles. Familiar with sourcing platforms, AI tooling, and modern recruitment technology.
